Last updated: 22 June 2026
This page sets out how we use any personal data you share through this website, the cookies the website uses, and the terms for using the website. Please read it alongside the notices shown in our booking portal, which apply when you use that service.
Privacy notice
Who we are
Axon Neuro is a trading name of SW HEALTH LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16232744), registered office 6 Barnes Close, Luddington, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 9UA. We are responsible for the personal data described here. You can contact us at info@axonneuro.co.uk.
The data we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect your name, your contact details, and the information you choose to include in your message. If your message includes health information, you share that with us voluntarily. We also process the basic technical data needed to serve the website securely.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry and to take the steps you ask us to take, and to run and protect the website. Where you give us health information, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted providers who process it on our behalf: our email provider, so we can receive and reply to your enquiry, and our hosting provider, so we can run the website. We share information more widely only where the law requires it.
Where it is stored and how long we keep it
Personal data is stored in the UK or the EU. We keep it only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and to meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email info@axonneuro.co.uk and we will respond within the time the law allows. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
The cookies we use
This website uses only the strictly necessary cookies it needs to work and to stay secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not load third-party analytics on this website. If we add any non-essential cookies in future, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
Website terms of use
Using this website
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site. We may update the site and these terms from time to time; the latest version always appears on this page.
Information, not advice
The information on this website is general information about our services. It is not medical, clinical, legal, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a suitably qualified professional about your own situation. We take care to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or a care arrangement. Any support we provide is arranged separately and is subject to its own terms, which we share with you before any service begins.
Intellectual property
The content, design, branding, and logo on this website belong to SW HEALTH LTD or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use, but you may not copy, reuse, or republish them without our permission.
Other websites we link to
Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for the content of those websites or for what happens when you use them.
Our responsibility to you
We provide this website with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that arises from using, or being unable to use, the website. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute relating to them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
