Neuro-rehabilitation support, built around you

We do not provide regulated care services. We provide private neuro-rehabilitation support delivered by experienced rehabilitation professionals. We do not provide personal care such as washing, dressing, or toileting, and we do not administer medication. Our focus is on support in community and home settings, helping people rebuild independence in everyday life, including routines, cooking, community access, cognitive strategies, and confidence.

Adults living with the effects of acquired brain injury, stroke, MS, Parkinson's, and other neurological conditions. Support is delivered one-to-one in the person's home and community.

Yes. Occupational therapy starts with a home assessment visit. An HCPC-registered occupational therapist visits, assesses what would help, and writes a report with their recommendations. Any ongoing support is agreed with you after that, so you only commit once you know what is recommended. Where ongoing support is agreed, the occupational therapist can hand day-to-day support over to a rehabilitation assistant and continue to supervise it. We provide neuro-rehabilitation reablement nationwide across England. We are building our coverage outwards from the West Midlands, including Birmingham, Coventry and Warwickshire, so availability in a given area depends on the specialists near you. Our multidisciplinary network can include qualified professionals such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and neuropsychologists, alongside trained rehabilitation support workers. Each works independently and autonomously, bringing their own expertise to the support they deliver. Alongside this, we collaborate closely with care providers, case managers, and other members of the wider support team. Our role is to complement existing input and ensure rehabilitation is coordinated and well integrated.

Funding can come through a number of routes including NHS Continuing Healthcare, local authorities, case managers, and private clients. We are happy to discuss what is appropriate for each situation.

Our matching process considers clinical requirements, geographical location, personal compatibility, and the objectives set out in each client's support plan. Every support worker is enhanced DBS-checked and works in accordance with our internal quality and safeguarding standards prior to placement. We prioritise continuity, reliability, and person-centred support across all arrangements.

Progress is recorded through structured session notes, regular summaries, and formal reviews involving the client, family, and wider professional team. We also have a dedicated coordinator whose role is to oversee progress tracking, maintain close contact with the case manager, and help manage communication across the multidisciplinary team. Goals are set in clear, meaningful terms and reviewed against real-world outcomes rather than simply hours of input. Case managers also get secure online access to follow visits, goals, and updates and to message our team directly. With their consent, the people we support and their families can see a simple view of upcoming visits and how their goals are going.
