Our team

Meet the team behind Axon Neuro

Axon Neuro is run by a small team based in Warwickshire. We answer enquiries, vet and match associates, arrange packages of support and run the online portal that keeps families, funders and associates connected. The support itself is delivered one to one by our self-employed associates, in people's own homes and communities.

Louie Summers, Director and Co-founder at Axon Neuro

Louie Summers

Director and Co-founder

Louie is a director and co-founder of Axon Neuro, and a full-stack developer. He designed and built this website and the Axon Neuro portal from the ground up, so families and case managers can find associates near them, get a personalised quote, arrange support and follow progress in one place.

He leads on technology, data protection and compliance, making sure the systems behind the service are secure, reliable and simple to use.

Outside Axon Neuro, Louie founded and owns Summers Solutions (opens in a new tab), a UK company that builds websites, business systems and custom software. He also built InnerZero (opens in a new tab) single-handedly: an advanced AI assistant that runs privately and entirely offline on your own computer, with voice, memory and more than 30 built-in tools, and a user base that is growing fast.

Alexander Wood, Director and Co-founder at Axon Neuro

Alexander Wood

Director and Co-founder

Alex is a director and co-founder of Axon Neuro. He served as a police officer with Warwickshire Police from 2019 to 2023, receiving two Chief Superintendent's Commendations, before moving into brain injury rehabilitation.

In rehabilitation, he has delivered goal-focused support in the community and managed referrals, onboarding, recruitment and the day-to-day running of a service. He has also worked as a personal assistant supporting autistic people to build independence and confidence, and as a lecturer and job coach helping learners with employability skills and goal setting.

That mix of frontline and management experience shapes how Axon Neuro works: practical, person-centred and built around each person's own goals.
