Terms
Last updated: 9 July 2026
These terms cover your use of this website and the rehabilitation support we provide through our booking portal. Please read them alongside our privacy notice and cookie policy.
Who we are
Axon Neuro is a trading name of SW HEALTH LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16232744), registered office 6 Barnes Close, Luddington, Stratford-Upon-Avon, England, CV37 9UA. You can contact us at info@axonneuro.co.uk.
About the service
Axon Neuro provides a non-regulated neuro-rehabilitation reablement support service. We deliver that service through carefully selected, self-employed specialists we vet, and we arrange booking, payment and coordination through our portal. Your agreement for the service is with Axon Neuro, and we provide it with reasonable care and skill. We are not registered with the Care Quality Commission and we do not provide regulated activities such as personal care, nursing, or medication.
Using this website
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site. We may update the site and these terms from time to time; the latest version always appears on this page.
Information, not advice
The information on this website is general information about our services. It is not medical, clinical, legal, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a suitably qualified professional about your own situation. We take care to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or a care arrangement. Any support we provide is arranged separately and is subject to its own terms, which we share with you before any service begins.
Prices and what you pay
The price shown is the client rate for the support you choose, based on the specialist, hours, package length and any extras. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added at this time. The price shown at checkout is the total price payable, and we do not add a separate card processing fee to personal card payments.
Subscriptions and payment
Self-funded support is paid as a monthly subscription, in advance, through our payment provider (Stripe). You pay for the first month when you start, then monthly on the same date. Funded buyers, for example case managers, insurers or solicitors, can instead be invoiced against a written quote.
Cancelling, and our refund policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. We do not give refunds for time already paid for. When you cancel, your support continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and then stops. There is no further charge after that.
If you have a right to cancel a new agreement within the first 14 days under distance-selling rules, you keep that right even if you ask us to start your support during that period. If you cancel within the 14 days after support has started, you pay only for the support provided up to the point you cancel, and we refund anything you have paid for support not yet provided.
The specialists
The specialists who deliver the service are self-employed and choose the work they take. Each specialist carries their own public liability and professional indemnity insurance and remains responsible for their own professional conduct, registration and insurance. This does not change the fact that your agreement for the service is with Axon Neuro, and we provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Axon Neuro holds its own separate cover.
Your responsibilities
Please give accurate information and, where you are arranging support for someone else, confirm that you have the authority to arrange and pay for it. Tell us promptly if anything changes that affects the support or payment.
Intellectual property
The content, design, branding, and logo on this website belong to SW HEALTH LTD or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use, but you may not copy, reuse, or republish them without our permission.
Other websites we link to
Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for the content of those websites or for what happens when you use them.
Our responsibility to you
We provide this website and the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that arises from using, or being unable to use, the website or the service. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Complaints
If something is wrong, please email info@axonneuro.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it fairly and promptly.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute relating to them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also be able to bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
